On behalf of the coaches, players, and parents of the Sluggers we would like to thank you for an excellent tournament. Everything was very organized, the umpires were very professional, accurate, and what we like the most was how they took the time to coach the kids after a mistake. I also want to mention and thank the other staff that make the tournament a success. Everyone from the people that greeted us at the gate, the girls that where working concessions, and the guys that kept the fields up. VP is a very nice complex. Thanks again, and we will defiantly be seeing you again next year.

Mark – First off – Great job in pulling off this tournament! I expressed this as a team to Brian Smith at Beaver Valley. We were so pleased on how you and your staff handled the tournament and the rain delays. I am was also very impressed by the umps. They were professional and consistent. They also were all about the kids having a great tournament. I expressed to Brian Smith that I would like to come back to your tournament on May 13th -15th.
You ran the best tournament of my 7 year coaching career! Keep up the great work!

Thanks again for your interest and use of our Lee Jackson Baseball Field. Your tournaments were ran very well and it was a pleasure having your organization on campus. I met your wife last Friday and really enjoyed talking with her. It’s good to know that field managers are there to supervise use of the field. I hope that everything went well for you at our field, through the rental process, and that Jim was able to meet all of your needs with the maintenance of the field. He tries very hard to maintain that field and keep it in great shape through these long weekends.
