| Tournament Description | This is the Tournament's 11th year. Over the years this has become a regular event for local NE Ohio teams and clubs from surrounding states. A great number of returning teams has led to early sell outs so register now. Ask for early registration and multiple team discounts. We have outstanding facilities and the best umpires in Youth Baseball - Umpires are assigned and sanctioned through the Game Hogz Umpiring School. This There is a 3 game minimum and refund policy in place should the weather not cooperate. This year we are planning to play at 3 facilities in the Akron and Kent area -- Kent State University's Allerton Complex, JEDD Park and Cascade Valley Park in the Akron area. The 14u 60/90 age group will play at Summit Lake Park and Erie Island Baseball Complex - Semi Finals and Finals will be Thurman Munson Stadium. In addition to the entry fee each team will pay the umpires on the field and supply game balls -- one new and one used for each game. Umpire fees are as follows ( 9U & 10U - $30 per game per team ) ( 11u - 14u -- $45 per game per team ). Team and Individual awards for 1st and 2nd Place |
