2023 HOTEL INFORMATION

Team Sports Tournaments has arranged with Team Inn to provide hotel accommodations for our participants from out of town. Team Inn works with a wide variety of lodging partners in our tournament locations to secure excellent lodging rates and ensure sufficient rooms for all teams attending our events. Through Team Inn and their hotel and lodging program – ALL out of town teams are required to book their rooms through Team Inn. You can contact Team Inn direct at the numbers and e-mails listed above or book direct through their on line web site – the links for each tournament are listed below. Simply click on the BOOK NOW link to the right of each tournament name – each link is specific to that event.

Any reservations booked outside of Team Inn – i.e. hotwire, expedia, etc. – Or through reward points etc. – will not satisfy the hotel requirement of STAY TO PLAY. You can request a waiver through the Director of Team Sports Tournaments – waivers may be granted and a $250 surcharge per tournament day will be added to your entry fee. If teams are found to have circumvented the directions presented here – you will be removed from the tournament and forfeit your full entry fee.

Policies …..

1. Minimum rooms per night required to fulfill the team obligation is 6 – that is rooms booked and picked up -- you cannot book 1 room and go elsewhere. If you book rooms and do not pick them up you will be billed from the hotel for the night’s stay you booked – no exceptions. Please be considerate of Team INN and the hotel policies regarding reservations.
2. Request and receive an exception to the above requirements and pay the $250 per day surcharge.
3. If you are within 100 mile driving radius of the event and choose to commute you are exempt from the above team requirements – if close to the 100 mile limit please advise the Director @ Team Sports Tournaments of your desire to commute.

1. Team Sports Tournaments is not responsible for any cancellations or for any acts by the lodging partners who provide accommodations. Lodging partners, including Team INN are not agents or employees of Team Sports tournaments.
2. Team Sports Tournaments is not liable for any loss or damage to property, injury, or damages or claims whatsoever arising from any act, error, omission, default, or negligence of any person who is not a direct employee of Team Sports Tournaments.
3. Team Sports Tournaments is not responsible for any additional charges or forfeitures of deposits through the lodging partners and Team Inn. Teams must deal direct with the hotels and Team INN to resolve monies due or forfeited as well as damages incurred to hotel properties.
4. Team Sports Tournaments acts as a passive conduit for on line distribution of customer information to the lodging partners and Team INN. Participants are solely responsible for the information they provide through the Team Sports Tournaments registration process.

We at Team Sports Tournaments work very hard to take care of the out of town teams so that we can offer the most competitive events in the Midwest. We always try to keep the overnight stays to a minimum by making sure out of town teams do not play that first game on the first day of the event. In return for working with you to keep your overnight stay to a minimum we are requiring that you work with us and Team Inn to support our hotels. We Thank You in advance for your cooperation.
