The New USA Baseball Bat Rule goes in effect January 1, 2018 --- USA Baseball will be implementing a rule change to the bats. If you are 14 years old or younger and play Little League®, Babe Ruth & Cal Ripken, PONY, Dixie or AABC, you will need to use a new bat marked with a new USA Baseball stamp: We ( Team Sports Tournaments ) will NOT be implementing this rule change to the bats. So if you are 14 years old or younger playing in a tournament hosted by Team Sports Tournaments, you can continue to use the bats marked with the 1.15BPF stamp indefinitely.

All of our Tournaments are stay to play events -- meaning if your team is planning to use local hotels you must book those hotels through our 3rd Party Provider --- TeamINN. If your team is over 100 miles from your game site it is assumed you will be staying overnight and your team is required to make your reservations through TeamINN. Your team can book on-line by linking to the Tournament Sponsored Hotels -- see the Book Now Button on the Tournament Page. You can contact TeamINN at 800-233-8326 or e-mail them at support@myteaminn.com ---

Illegal Bat Notification ---
Illegal Bats --- There is an issue with the Demarini Zen -8 and -10 bats --- the original model - CBZ -17 and CBR - 17 have been declared illegal. Nations Baseball has provided the information below regarding the re tooled bat ....
The retooled bat will be clearly marked.
Complete with a new end cap,
New approval marking,
MOST IMPORTANT a new model code: CBZR-17 or CBRR-17.
Please keep in mind that as a Tournament Director, Umpire, Site Director, it is not our job to police the bats brought to the plate. If a coach would like to question the validity of a bat during a game, all play on that field will stop until determination has been reached. Protest must be at the time of the play. Either right before or right after. Not 3 batters later or 4 innings later!
AT NO TIME are you to discuss validity of bats after completion of a games. We all know that coaches/parents will approach us after games to file a complaint. Once the game is over, there are no grounds for protest!!
