| Tournament Description | This event is divided between 9u - 14u age groups and 14u 60/90 - 18u age groups. For 9u - 14u -- there will be a 3 game minimum. This Tournament is advised for teams of all competitive levels as teasm will be bracketed according to skill level. Games will be played in Barberton @ the beautiful Foundation Fields Complex as well as Cascade Valley Park in Akron and Keyser Park in Cuyahoga Falls. In addition to the entry fee teams will pay umpires on the field ( 9u - 10u - $30 per team per game ) and ( 11u -14u -- $45 per team per game ) and supply 1 new and 1 used baseball to start each game. For 14u 60/90 - 18u -- there will be a 4 game minimum. Games will be played at Thurman Munson Stadium and Top High School Fields in the Canton & Akron area --- Stow HS, Walsh Jesuit HS, Barberton HS, Firestone HS, with Jackson HS, and Perry HS a possibility. Games will start on Friday afternoon and evening depending on teams availability to play at that time. The entry fee will cover the umpire fees. Teams will supply game balls ( 1 new and 1 used to start each game ). For all age groups there will be team and individual awards for 1 st and 2nd place. |
